Each AI build is scoped and priced separately. Anything commissioned during your founding partner engagement gets the same 40% discount as the system build itself.

Custom AI is part of the process. After the diagnostic, we identify where a custom AI build would actually move deals in your workflow — coaching, enrichment, drafting, prep, whatever fits. Each AI build is scoped and priced separately. Anything commissioned during your founding partner engagement gets the same 40% discount as the system build itself.

What does a case study include?

A single-page write-up on our site (and yours, if you want it). It covers your company name, logo, and industry; the before — what your sales function looked like at kickoff; the build — what we changed in plain language; and the after — measurable results across the metrics that matter for your business (tech consolidation, AI adoption, time saved per rep, ramp time, pipeline coverage, win rate, whichever apply). Direct quotes from your senior champion and a photograph are included. The video testimonial is optional — if your champion isn't comfortable on camera, a written quote and photo stand in for it. We draft it. You review and approve before anything goes live.

Can we keep some metrics confidential?

Yes, within reason. Specific numbers — revenue, deal sizes, customer names — can be anonymized or expressed as ranges or percentages. But the resutls are the case study. You will have the ability to approve the case study details before it goes live.
