How is this different from hiring a consultant or implementation partner?

Consultants hand you a deck and leave. Implementation partners configure one tool. We architect your entire sales infrastructure, build the platform that sits on top of it, and stay on as your ongoing platform team. You're not buying advice or a setup — you're buying the system and the people who run it.

Do we have to rip out our existing tools?

No. We start by auditing what you already have. Most of our clients keep their CRM and core systems — we remove what's redundant, fill the gaps, and unify everything into one system. The goal is fewer tools, not different ones.

What does the total investment actually look like?

A fixed fee for the build, scoped after the diagnostic. AI solutions are priced per project based on complexity. No per-seat licensing, no long-term contracts. Most teams land between $15K–$40K for the initial engagement, with custom AI priced separately.

Is there a contract? What happens if we cancel?

Month-to-month, cancel anytime after the 60-day enablement window. If you leave, you keep your data, your tools, and everything we built — it's yours. You'd just be walking away from ongoing support and optimization.

How long until we actually see results?

From signed agreement to launch is roughly 8–13 weeks depending on complexity. Then a 60-day enablement window where we embed with your team. Real pipeline impact usually shows up during enablement, not after.
