Why don't you have case studies or client logos on your site?

erakraft is new, but the work isn't. We've spent 19 years building and scaling brands, working with 40+ companies across multiple industries. The systems, processes, and expertise are proven—we're just operating under a new name now. We've already secured our first clients under erakraft, so case studies and results will be coming soon as we complete our work with them.

How are you different from hiring a fractional executive or consultant?

Most fractional operators specialize in one function. Most consultants hand you a strategy deck and leave. We do neither. We assess your sales and marketing operations, find the real constraints, and either hand you the roadmap, build it with you, or build it for you. You get cross-functional expertise and hands-on execution in one engagement.

Yes. That's our focus. We go deep into how sales and marketing functions operate — the processes, handoffs, tools, and dependencies — so we can deliver efficiency improvements that actually stick.

How long does an engagement typically take?

It depends on the scope. An efficiency assessment typically takes two to four weeks. Implementation timelines vary based on complexity and which path you choose. What we can tell you is we identify quick wins early — so you feel the impact before the engagement is over.

Do we have to implement everything you recommend?

No. After the assessment and roadmap, you choose your path. Take the plan and run with it yourself, work with us to build it together, or let us do it for you. There's no obligation to go further than the assessment.

Yes — and this is often where we add the most value. Your internal hire knows the business but may not have the bandwidth or cross-functional lens to diagnose and rebuild workflows across the whole function. We work alongside your team, not in place of them.
