By the time we sit down together, we're already working. No open-ended intros, no slow sells. Just a focused conversation between two parties who've both done their homework.

Why don't you have case studies or client logos on your site?
erakraft is new, but the work isn't. We've spent 19 years building and scaling brands, working with 40+ companies across multiple industries. The systems, processes, and expertise are proven—we're just operating under a new name now. We've already secured our first clients under erakraft, so case studies and results will be coming soon as we complete our work with them.

Most fractional operators specialize in one function — finance, revops, or product. And most consultants hand you a strategy deck and leave. We do neither. We look across every function, find the real constraints, and embed the right specialist to build the fix. You get cross-functional expertise and hands-on execution in one engagement.

We work exclusively with growth-stage startups. We understand the pressure of investor timelines, lean teams, and the need to move fast without breaking things. We don't apply enterprise frameworks to startup problems. Everything we build is grounded in the reality of where you are right now.

It depends on the scope. A cross-functional audit typically takes two to six weeks. Implementation timelines vary based on complexity. What we can tell you is that we identify quick wins early — so you feel the impact before the engagement is over, not after.

Do we have to implement everything you recommend?
No. After the audit and roadmap, you choose the path. Take the plan and run with it yourself, or bring us in to build it out. There's no obligation to go further than the diagnostic if that's what makes sense for your business.

Yes — and often this is where we add the most value. Your internal ops hire knows the business, but may not have the cross-functional expertise or bandwidth to diagnose and rebuild multiple functions at once. We work alongside your team, we don't replace them.
